William Joel "Joe" Robbins, 56, Harrisonville, MO, died Monday, January 8, 2007 at Adrian Manor Nursing Home, Adrian, MO. Funeral services were held January 11 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville, officiated by Elder Holly Rabourn, Community of Christ, Butler, MO. Music by Shirley Divelbiss, pianist. Burial was in Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, MO. Casket bearers were Larry Bechtel, Steven Bechtel, Everett Bechtel, Gerry Divelbiss, Brad Kephart and Gary Hall. Contributions may be made to Adrian Manor Nursing Home.

Joe was born October 3, 1950 in Petersburg, TX, the son of Cecil Arthur and Nora Lee (Bird) Robbins. He lived in Kansas City, MO before moving to Harrisonville in January of 2001 and then to Adrian in April of 2002.

Joe is survived by two sisters, Susan Bechtel and her husband, Larry, Harrisonville, MO and Kay Divelbiss, Harrisonville, MO; nieces and nephews, Steven and Alexis Bechtel and Laura Bechtel, all of Harrisonville, MO, Gerry and Staci Divelbiss and son, Gabriel, Lenexa, KS and Brad and Gennifer Kephart and son, Holden, New Virginia, IA.
