William "Bill" Francis Kelly, 78, of Harrisonville, Mo died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Atkinson Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Mo with burial in Raymore Cemetery, Raymore, Mo.

Bill was born September 11, 1937 in Raymore to Cecil C. and Evelyn Mae (Mills) Kelley. He graduated from Harrisonville High School in 1955. Bill honorably served 21 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1976. He then went to work for the City of Harrisonville, working at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Mike Kelley; two sons, Patrick and William Jr.; and his first wife, Jean (Foulkrod) Kelly. He is survived by four daughters, Monica Otto and husband, Brandon of Lyons, Ks, Debra Miller and husband, Ted of Olathe, Ks, Kimberly Padgett of Lynchburg, Va and Jolynn Clancy and husband, Fred of DeForest, Wi; one sister, Kathleen Holloway and husband, David of Gower, Mo; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
