William Clifford Cushard, 94, Adrian, MO, died Monday, June 9, 2008 at Adrian Manor Nursing Home, Adrian, MO. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, June 12, 2008 at the Atkinson Chapel, Adrian. Visitation 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian. Contributions to Crossroads Hospice, 9237 Ward Parkway, Suite 300, Kansas City, MO 64114.
Mr. Cushard was born October 17, 1913 in Archie, MO, the son of Hoosier Clarence and Bertha Lee (Dade) Cushard. He married Ola Mae Prettyman on December 28, 1933 in Pratt, MO.
He is survived by Don Cushard and his wife, Jeanette, Adrian, MO; one daughter, Barbara Scavriel and her husband, Al, Branson, MO; one stepdaughter, Pat Baehr and her husband, Richard, Branson, MO; 11 grandchildren 22 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
