Vincin Wafford Robinett, 49, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Monday, September 30, 2013 in Plattsburg, Missouri. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Peculiar, Missouri.
Vincin was born January 19, 1964 in Fort Carson, Colorado, the son of Louie N. and Etheldred A. (Yount) Robinett. He was a much loved longtime resident of ABC Behavioral Healthcare, (formerly ABC). Vincin brought color and life into his many conversations and often spread joy among those who knew him best. He will be greatly missed by both friends and family members.
He had only recently transferred to Clinton Care in Plattsburg, Missouri, in order to live in a quieter environment with fewer residents. To be sure, Vincin touched lives there as well.
Although afflicted with mental illness, Vincin could be a perfect gentleman at times, acting as an escort or tour guide while showing a visitor his residence. He was a very special individual who will forever be remembered by those whose lives he graced.
Vincin was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Louie and Phyllis Robinett of Raymore, Missouri; a daughter, Erica Little; a sister, Yvonne Clifford (Jimmy), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a stepbrother, Darren Chalmers (Kim); a stepsister, Kristal Malone (Joe) and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members.
