Chuck was born April 30, 1943 at the Bates County Hospital, the son of Urson Charles and Harriet Seymour Morriss Logue. Chuck grew up on the family farm near Archie, Missouri, enjoying time working with his Father and family on the farm. He graduated from Archie High School in 1961 and attended the University of Missouri. He was united in marriage on July 3, 1966 with Linda Carol Tatman Logue which was followed by 46 years of loving partnership in work and life.

First and foremost, Chuck was a follower of Christ and lived his beliefs openly. He shared his Christian faith with everyone, including fellow truck drivers. Chuck was a member of the First Baptist Church of Archie where he served on the Deacon Board, taught Sunday School, and was actively involved in various other Church committees, where he demonstrated his leadership ability. Chuck's love of God extended to the care of children through his work with the Missouri Baptist Children's Home. He served on the MBCH Board for over 30 years, many of those years serving as President of the Board.

Chuck's love of farming started with his Father and continued throughout his life. He shared this love with his wife, children, extended family, and numerous others. Nothing made him happier than his time spent working on the Farm and ensuring he provided for his Family as well as the Community around him. Chuck was involved in numerous agricultural organizations including, serving as a State FFA Officer where he spoke to High School groups about the FFA and the merits of Agriculture, serving on the Board of the Farm Bureau and as a member of the Harrisonville Milk Haulers Association.

Chuck was an active and well-respected member of the Archie community. He served on the Archie School Board and was a member of the Eastern Star - Crescent Hill Chapter 127, Archie Masonic Lodge #633 and Shriners. Chuck never met a stranger, and he was a friend to everyone in the community. He loved visiting with everyone he encountered.

Family was always extremely important to Chuck. Throughout their marriage Chuck and Linda worked side-by-side, whether it be on the Family Farm milking, farming, or running the Trucking business. They passed this work ethic and focus on family on to their children, Jason, Ryan and Jennifer. Aside from work responsibilities and volunteering Chuck enjoyed spending time with Family, especially his Grandchildren. Chuck and Linda have always enjoyed hosting Family gatherings at their Home on the Farm and later in life at their Home at the Lake of the Ozarks. Chuck and Linda enjoyed traveling to relax and visit with their friends in Wyoming for Cheyenne Frontier Days and to LaFeria, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Logue, and their three children, Jason Charles Logue and his wife, Cristina Dawn Stoughton Logue, of Columbus, OH, Ryan Ervin Logue and his wife, Betsy Clare Kleinhans Logue, of St. Louis, MO, Jennifer Lynne Logue Bolton and her husband, Wesley Blake Bolton, of Columbia, MO; one sister, Linda Louisa Logue Zellmer and her husband, Fred Zellmer, of Freeman, MO; one cousin, Wendell Hines Patterson of Harrisonville, MO, nephews and nieces, Anne Elizabeth Zellmer Jenkins and her husband, Duncan Jenkins, of Liberty, MO, Lee Allison Zellmer of Louisburg, KS, Christopher Blaine Limpus of Kansas City, MO, and grandchildren, Madigan Clare Logue, Brayden Charles Logue, Gavin Timothy Bolton, Emma Gabrielle Logue, Olivia Lynne Logue, and Vera Joy Bolton.
