Timothy Burk Ford, 67, Harrisonville, MO, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 at St. Luke's East, Lee's Summit, MO due to complications of cancer.  Graveside services were held  Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Freeman Cemetery, Freeman, MO.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).

Tim was born August 18, 1953 in Harrisonville, a son of Eugene Stice and Norma June (Ferguson) Ford.  He was a lifelong Harrisonville resident.  Tim attended Hickory Grove School #85 until it closed in 1965.  He started school in Harrisonville in sixth grade and was a 1972 graduate of Harrisonville High School.  He was a member of the Grand River Baptist Church in Freeman.

Tim married his first wife, Kathy Bourland, and to this marriage, they had a daughter, Tina.   Shortly after Tina was born, Tim joined the Navy and served four years.  He became a U.S. Navy Seal.  Tim married his second wife, Julie Eisel and they had a daughter, Melissa.  He married his third wife, Diana Franse on June 17, 1995 at Bro. Joe Brewster's house.  In this marriage he became a step-dad to two daughters, Sondra and Lea, and two sons, Tony and Travis.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Ford and his brother, Larry Ford.  He is survived by his wife, Diana, of the home; two sons, Tony McGee and Travis McGee, both of Butler, MO; four daughters, Tina Turner, North Kansas City, MO, Melissa Bowling, Kearney, MO, Sondra McGee and Lea Fitzgerald, both of Harrisonville; his mother, Norma Ford, Archie, MO; one brother, Jeff Ford (Brenda), Harrisonville; one sister, Saundra Duncan (Larry), Freeman, MO; 27 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.  He will never be forgotten.
