Thelma "Gertrude" Stewart-Hall Adolph, 91, Branson, Missouri, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Cox Medical Center in Branson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri, with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
Gertrude was born December 5, 1921 in Springfield, Missouri to Edward W. and Thelma (Wristen) Stewart. She was married to Thomas Hall on December 24, 1939. Later, she married Orville Adolph.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, James Wesley Hall, a daughter, Nancy Dodd, her parents, one sister, three brothers and both husbands. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Etienne and her husband, Gary of Wamego, Kansas; two granddaughters, Dena Neal and her husband, Mike of Augusta, Kansas and Sarah Tyson and her husband, Dale of Westmoreland, Kansas; five great-grandchildren, Wendell Holloway, Jr., Gary C. Holloway, Ashley J. Kells, Tommy Lee Coon, Jr., and Timothy P. Coon; four great-great-grandchildren, Dominick Ryan, Ivy and Sabrina.
