Suzie Ellen House, 52, Greenwood, MO, formerly of Harrisonville, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.  A memorial visitation was held on Tuesday, July 16, at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO.

Suzie was born November 18, 1966 in Marion, IN, a daughter of Raymond and Herbetta (Bowman) Marley.  She married Shawn House on November 19, 1997 in Wabash, IN.  Suzie attended MedTech College in Ft. Wayne, IN, and was certified as a medical assistant.  She also received an associate's degree in accounting.  Suzie worked as a medical assistant in Wabash before moving to Harrisonville three years ago.

Suzie was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, LeAnn Marley, and one nephew, Joel Marley.  She is survived by her husband, Shawn, of the home; one son, John Wilcox, Warsaw, IN; one daughter, Deidre Ivy, Greenwood, MO; one brother, Charles Marley, St. Joseph, MO; two grandchildren, Masen Ivy and Dylan Ivy; step-mother, Paulette Marley, Pleasant Hill, MO; siblings, Carmen (Clint) Carver, Harrisonville, Stacy (Dennis) Beasley, Garden City, MO, Carrie Collins, Garden City, and Teddy (Danielle) Marley, Pleasant Hill, MO.
