Steven Daniel Hillman, 39, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville. Burial will be in Freeman Cemetery, Freeman, Missouri. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, July 20 at the chapel. Contributions may be made to the children's fund.

Steven was born June 29, 1973 in Houston, Texas, the son of Danny and Martha (Flowers) Hillman. He graduated from Arrow High School in Covina, California. He has lived in Harrisonville since 1991.

Steven was a carpenter and also worked for the Heritage Residential Company.

He is survived by one son, Timothy A. Hillman and one daughter, Taylor Renee Hillman, both of Harrisonville, Missouri; his father, Danny Hillman and wife, Nelia, San Antonio, Texas; his mother, Martha Karlovich and husband, Frank, Shelbyville, Texas; one brother, Samuel Hillman, Harrisonville, Missouri and two sisters, Shelly Vaughn, Harrisonville, Missouri and Stacey Vyoral, Conroe, Texas.
