Shirley M. Gregory, 86, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 at Good Samaritan Society in Olathe, Kansas. She was born December 27, 1936 in Mansfield, Arkansas, daughter of Donald and Eloise (Pearce) Chumley. She spent her early years in Mansfield and was a graduate of Mansfield High School.

Shirley was united in marriage to Paul Gregory on September 15, 1962 in Mountainburg, AR. She worked for a short time as a bookkeeper for the Arkansas State Highway Dept. in Fort Smith, AR. She and Paul moved to Missouri and lived in Kansas City, Greenwood, and Lee's Summit. Shirley was an exceptional homemaker, active in her church and enjoyed the art of sewing and craft making.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Paul; three sons: Roger Gregory, Don Gregory, and Jeff Gregory; one daughter, Vickie McClintock; and six grandchildren. Private graveside services were held Friday, October 13, 2023 at the Peculiar, MO Cemetery, Peculiar, MO.
