Sherrie Ann Pritchett, 60, Kansas City, MO, died Monday, November 30, 2009 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville, MO with visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will be in Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, MO.

Sherrie was born November 26, 1949 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Roy and Bernice Conger. She graduated from Raytown South High School. Sherrie was employed at Heartland Home Health and Hospice for the last 10 years as a Home Care Team Coordinator.

Sherrie was a resident of the Kansas City Metropolitan area until moving to Seabring, FL, where she got to spend time with her very best friend of 28 years, Helen, meeting lots of other friends along the way. She returned to the Kansas City area in 1999 to be close to her family. She adored her children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with all of them.

Sherrie was a very loving person who never met a stranger. She had a very special dog, Tasha, that she spent most of her time with when she was at home. Sherrie was an avid Chiefs fan and didn't miss a game; even when they would lose, she never gave up on them.

Sherrie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two sons, Michael Allen Pritchett of Kansas City, MO and his children, Jessica Lee Ann, Emily Jane, Courtney Ann and Matthew Allen and Sean LeRoy Pritchett and his wife, Lisa, of Kansas City, MO and their children, Cody Lee Isaac and Megan Nicole, of the home; one daughter, Gina Michelle Burkes of Gravois Mills, MO and her children, Jennifer Renee Burkes, Justin James Burkes and Jaelinn Claudia Ann Barnett.
