Russell Franklin Rouse, Jr., 48, Belton, MO, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, MO.  Memorial services were held Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.

Russell was born April 18, 1969 in Shawnee Mission, KS, the son of Russell Franklin and Sharon Lou (Badger) Rouse.  He enjoyed watching all sports, especially the Kansas City Royals, the Kansas City Chiefs, WWE Wrestling, and the Kansas Jayhawks.  He had an infectious laugh and was quite the jokester.  Russell was a kind-hearted man and loved by many.  He is now free of all physical limitations and will be missed dearly.

Russell was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Rouse, one brother, Bryan Rouse, and a nephew, Jon Carter.  He is survived by one son, Joshua Rouse, Belton, MO; one daughter, Jessica Rouse, FL; his father, Russell Rouse of Belton, MO; one sister, Charla English, Belton, MO; four grandchildren, Jay, Joshua, Jr., Jaylynn and Addigail; three nieces, Samantha English, Jaimie Rouse and Krista Willems, and one nephew Michael Willems, and other relatives and friends.
