Roy Eugene Ousterhout, 65, Butler, Missouri, died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Medicalodge of Butler in Butler, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri with visitation from 10:00-11:00. Burial will be in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville.

Roy was born February 5, 1951 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the son of George Albert and Gladys Marie (David) Ousterhout. Roy spent most of his life in Harrisonville and had worked at Casco Area Workshop in Harrisonville before moving to Butler in 1996. Roy loved sports and was an avid Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs fan. Roy always had a smile on his face and a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
