Rosemary Reightley, 83, of Adrian, MO, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, MO. Funeral Service will be on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, MO. Interment will follow at Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian. Contributions can made to the National Kidney Foundation.

Rosemary was born May 28, 1939 to Louis and Mary (Cleary) Reightley in Monrovia, CA. She was born and raised in California and after attending school, she was employed at Lordel Manufacturing. After 50 years of living in California, she made her move to Adrian where she resided for the last 30 years. She spent close to 10 years employed at the Adrian Manor, where she was able to meet and impact the lives of many people. Rosemary loved spending time with her family and loved ones. She also really enjoyed drawing and painting when she had the time.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lowell "Bill" Reightley; and sister, Doris "Louise" Kraus. She is survived by her sons: Daniel (Heather) Reightley and Alan Douty; daughters: Edith (Travis) Stradley and April (Mike) Miller; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Howard Reightley; and sister, Susan Grace Reightley.
