Obituary
Ronald Lee Hutchins, 49, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Monday, June 9, 2014. A memorial visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 12 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.
Ron was born October 28, 1964 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Roger and Mary Jo (Crouch) Hutchins. He graduated from Concordia, Missouri High School and went on to receive a master's degree.
Ron had worked at the Cass County Juvenile Detention Center in Harrisonville for two years before moving to Liberty, Missouri. He had lived in Washington, D.C. for two years and then moved back to Harrisonville where he worked for Heartland Regional Alcohol and Drug Assessment Center and was a supervisor of KDOC Partner Services.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Mary Jo Hutchins of Harrisonville, Missouri and one brother, Rodney Hutchins, Cornelius, North Carolina.
