Bob was born December 29, 1946 to Robert Henry White and Estella Jean (McGrath) Gregory in Newton, IA. He was raised in Iowa and shortly after graduating High School enlisted in the US Navy. During his enlistment, he served as a radioman. After his service, he returned to Iowa for a short period, then moved to Texas, and ultimately made his home in Missouri in 2001 until his passing. Throughout his life, he held a variety of positions being best known as a Specialized Farrier, as well as, a police officer, electrician, jockey, rodeo cowboy and clown, truck driver, and maintenance worker at Cass Regional Medical Center. Most would say Bob was a cowboy through and through, enjoying time spent on horseback and trail riding. He was also an extraordinary story teller and the type of person who would always help a friend in need. Bob will be missed by all those who had the pleasure to know him.
