Robert Eugene Lynn, 79, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Foxwood Springs Living Center in Raymore, Missouri. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Harrisonville. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.

Robert was born August 16, 1936 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the son of Ernest Robert and Carrie Mae (Staley) Lynn Perkey. He grew up in Freeman, Missouri and Harrisonville. Bob served in the U.S. Army from 1957 through 1963. He married Peggy Ann Wynn on May 5, 1963.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Ronald Lynn, two sisters, Theda Iseton and Patricia Gunnels, and one great-grandson, Cole Spencer. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Peggy Lynn; two daughters, Teresa Spencer and husband, Jim, Osawatomie, Kansas, and Karen Snider, Belton, Missouri; two grandsons, Joshua Snider and wife, Julie, Peculiar, Missouri, and Caleb Spencer and wife, Brittany, Paola, Kansas; one granddaughter, Cori Spencer, Arma, Kansas; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, Larry Lynn; one sister, Wanda Coyle; stepmother, Lydia Lynn; one half-brother, Jerry Lynn; one half-sister, Bonnie Kuffler.
