Robert "Bob" Kramer age 82 of Decherd, TN passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare Harton in Tullahoma, TN.  A visitation for Mr. Kramer was held Friday, February 23, 2018 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester, TN, (931) 967-2222, www.moorecortner.com.

Funeral services will be held in Adrian, MO at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, with visitation from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Newton Burial Park in Nevada, MO.

Bob was born on January 27, 1936 in Walker, MO the son of Henry R. and Lula June (Sumner) Kramer.  He was a 1954 graduate of Appleton City High School in Missouri.  Bob worked as a field engineer in various places, including Wyoming and Louisiana; then retired from Arnold Engineering Development Center after serving 20 plus years as an iron worker.  His strong will couldn't keep him in retirement long so he went to work for the Franklin County Senior Citizens Center as a driver.

He was a faithful member of the Decherd First United Methodist Church in Decherd, TN. He was a member of the Quail Forever and the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association. Bob enjoyed spending time outdoors, water skiing, pheasant and quail hunting, spending time with his bird dogs or even going to the Pelham Tennessee farm.  He had an eye for creating wonderful paintings and taking outstanding photos of spring wildflowers.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Jacqueline (Jackie) K Kramer. He is survived by his wife, Joann Kramer of Decherd; daughters, Vicky and Lance Ross, Kimberly and Derek Mimeles, and Katherine and John D'Angelo; grandchildren, Nicholas Ryan Ross, Jordan Lindsey Ross, Brandon Bradley Ross, Jason Paul Ross, Gabriel Jonathon Ross, Quincie Mariah Ross, Mason Alexander Mimeles, Hagan Miles Mimeles, Sophia Grace D'Angelo, Chloe Alexandra D'Angelo, Macie Victoria D'Angelo, and John Jules D'Angelo.
