Robert "Bob" Eugene Cameron, Jr., 75, of Harrisonville, MO passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 at his home with his family by his side. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Crossroads Hospice in Bob's name.

Bob was born April 14, 1948 to Robert and Norma (Rowan) Cameron in Kansas City, MO. He lived in East Lynne, MO for 17 years, before making his home in Harrisonville, MO for 51 years. He graduated from Harrisonville High School with the Class of 1967. Bob met the love of his life, Rebecca "Becky" Shepherd, whom he married on August 18, 1972 in Harrisonville. To this union they had two children: Lynn and Justin.

Bob spent his career working for Sprint, retiring in 2013 after more than 40 years of service. During his career, he held many titles including installer, repairman, and INR. He was a member and past master (1997) of Cass Masonic Lodge #147 Harrisonville, and had also served as treasurer and as District Deputy Grand Master. After his retirement, he enjoyed his summers spent at his cabin in Colorado with Becky.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Becky Cameron, of the home; his daughter, Lynn Gaines, of Harrisonville, MO; his son, Justin (Cassie) Cameron, of Harrisonville, MO; his 3 grandchildren: Will Gaines, Morgan Cameron, and Devin Cameron, all of Harrisonville, MO; his siblings: Jeanne Baker of Harrisonville, MO; John Cameron of Harrisonville, MO; Sandy Timme of Harrisonville, MO; and Terry Cameron of Blue Springs, MO; as well as, many nieces and nephews.
