Richard L. Jennings, 64 of Harrisonville, MO, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17 at the Blue Springs Baptist Temple, 4101 South State Route 7 in Blue Springs, MO. Cremation. Inurnment will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Richard was born February 2, 1946 in Percival, IA the son of Jake and Leona (Holland) Jennings. He was a truck driver, driving over the road since 1964. On March 21, 1964 he was united in marriage to Barbara Jean Williams. He was a member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church in LaTour, MO. He enjoyed woodworking, playing his Play Station II, spending time and talking with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Gary Jennings, Harold Jennings and Harvey Dean Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home; two sons, Ricky Lynn Jennings of Stanford, SC and Keith Allen Jennings and his wife, Tammy of Harrisonville, MO; one daughter, Angelina Jean and her husband, Michael of Harrisonville, MO; two brothers, Steve Jennings and his wife, Bonnie of Tabor, IA and Randy Jennings and his wife, Becky of Red Oak, IA; one sister, Shirley Finchen of Randolph, IA; four grandchildren, Tabithia Jean Riffle, Charles Riffle, Ashley Barclay and Kayla Marks and his pride and joy, Coco Clarice. four grandchildren, Tabithia Jean Riffle, Charles Riffle, Ashley Barclay and Kayla Marks and his pride and joy, Coco Clarice.
