Rebecca "Becky" Sue Hansen, 57, Harrisonville, MO, died Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 3 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville with burial in Orient Cemetery.

Becky was born February 17, 1960 in Harrisonville, MO, the daughter of Loren Dean and Patricia Ann (Lynn) Gunnels. She was a lifelong resident of Harrisonville.

Becky owned and operated the Off Square Bar & Grill and had been a cashier at Big Tank. She also ran a day care out of her home in the 1990's when her children were young. Becky was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church.

Becky is survived by two sons, Edward Hansen, Jr. and his wife, Shannon, Peculiar, MO and Benjamin Hansen and his wife, Stephanie, Fair Grove, MO; one brother, Bill Gunnels and his wife, Terri, Calhoun, MO; three sisters, Brenda Keeney and her husband, Pat, Deana Fordyce, and Rhonda Conran and her husband, Tim, all of Harrisonville, MO; and 5 grandchildren, Sydney, Elijah, Riley, Chloe and Noah.
