Raymond Albert Ousterhout, 65, Topeka, KS, died Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO. Inurnment in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville.
Raymond was born September 22, 1952 in Harrisonville, MO, the son of George Albert and Gladys Marie (David) Ousterhout. He married Carla Pasley on September 26, 2008 in Topeka, KS. Raymond was born and raised in Harrisonville and had lived in Belton, MO and Iowa before moving to Topeka. He worked for Twin City Tool in Olathe, KS and joined the Army in 1984.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Roy Ousterhout, half-brother, Danny Ousterhout, and a half-sister, Ruth Ann (David) Barnard. He is survived by his wife, Carla, of the home, and nieces and nephews.
