Peggy Ann Renfrow, 72, Adrian, Missouri, died Monday, May 5, 2014 at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 10 at the Archie United Methodist Church in Archie, Missouri with visitation from 10:00-11:00.  Inurnment will be held in Graceland Cemetery in Weston, Missouri at 3:00 p.m. Saturday.

Peggy was born December 1, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Robert Neil and Barbara Jean (Frazer) Bruce.  She was raised in Kansas City, Missouri by her grandmother, Ella Frazer.  She moved to Archie in 1957 and was a 1959 graduate of Archie High School.  Peggy owned and operated The Vinery flower shop in Adrian for 10 years.  She was a member of the Archie United Methodist Church and also played the organ for church services and the piano for the choir for most of her adult life.  She had just played for the choir Easter cantata last month and had finally retired from that position.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Carla Ann Reed on March 5, 2010 and a granddaughter, Ashley Michelle Tabor on December 15, 2010.  She is survived by one daughter, Kim Reed (Charley), Adrian, Missouri; one half-sister, Nancy Mangas (Jim), Lee's Summit, Missouri; 5 grandchildren, Elizabeth Davis, Joshua Reed, Sarah Yoder, Alyssa Tabor and Dalton Osborn and 11 great-grandchildren.
