Patricia "Pat" Jane Bennett, 74, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri with visitation from 1:00-2:00. Burial will be in Sharon Cemetery, Drexel, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass Regional Foundation/COPD Support Group.

Pat was born December 20, 1941 in Drexel, Missouri, the daughter of James Oliver and Pearl Eleanor (Gravatt) Brewster. She was born and raised in the Drexel area and attended Drexel High School. She moved to Harrisonville in 1964 and was a lifelong Cass County, Missouri resident. Pat married Asa E. Bennett on November 17, 1962 in Miami, Oklahoma. She worked for the family business as the bookkeeper.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, Walter T. Brewster, Roy K. Brewster, Albert L. Brewster, Bert W. Brewster and Dean A. Brewster, and one sister, Shirley A. Musick. She is survived by two sons, Douglas N. Farris, DeLand, Florida, and Vince E. Bennett, Laguna Beach, California; two daughters, Pamela J. Ismert (Robert), Lee's Summit, Missouri and Andrea M. Powers (Sean), Harrisonville, Missouri; 6 grandchildren, Greg Ismert, Destin, Florida, Jake Ismert (Ashley), Kansas City, Missouri, Maddy Ismert, Lee's Summit, Missouri, Taylor Powers, Lane Powers and Mallory Powers, all of Harrisonville, Missouri; 3 great-grandchildren, Adisin Ismert, Lee's Summit, Missouri, Grace Ismert and Chloe Ismert, both of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, Raymond O. Brewster, Butler, Missouri and Earl J. Brewster (Jeannie), Adrian, Missouri; one sister, Elsie M. Harris, Drexel, Missouri; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
