Patricia JoAnne Clifton, 69, of Adrian, Missouri, passed away on October 1, 2022, in Overland Park, KS. The inurnment ceremony was held Monday, October 10, 2022, at Crescent Hill Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Adrian Christian Church.

Patricia "Patty" was born on September 29, 1953, in Kansas City, Missouri, to her parents, John and Margery (Gallion) Clifton. Patty attended Adrian High School, graduating with the class of 1971. She worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service in Raymore, Missouri, where she retired from in 2013. Patty was a loving, caring and supportive aunt; who would make sure to always be there for her nephews and nieces, making sure to attend as many sporting events as possible through their youth. She continued that with the great-nephews and nieces, even if it meant streaming their games so she could watch.

Patty is preceded in death by her father, John Clifton and her sister, Jeanette "Christy" Clifton. She is survived by her mother, Marge Clifton; brothers: Danny (Sandy) Clifton of Drexel; and John (Pam) Clifton of Adrian; sister, Kim (Gerald) Shaffer of Adrian; nephews and nieces: Jad (Jeanette) Clifton, Wendy (Dave) Arnold, Amanda (Manny) Talley, Colby (Mica) Clifton, Jessica (Kyle) Wackerman and Justin (Amber) Shaffer; and 13 great-nephews and great-nieces.
