Pamela Jo (Highfill) Jenkins, 51, passed away at her home in Drexel, MO, and left this world to be with her Lord and children on Thursday, September 18, 2008. Funeral services 2:00 PM Monday, September 22, 2008 at the Atkinson Chapel in Adrian, MO. Burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, September 21 at the chapel. Pam was born May 18, 1957, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Lee and Pauline (Tummons) Highfill. She lived in Lee's Summit, MO before moving to Adrian in 1968. She graduated from Adrian High School and lived most of her life in the Adrian area.

Pam's greatest joys in her life were her son, daughter, and her two grandchildren. She enjoyed art, music, and decorating her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Beverly Peterson, one son, Brandon Wayne Kendrick and one daughter, Smoki Jo Blankenship. The last few years were difficult for Pam, with the loss of her loved ones, but Pam is at peace now, joining her family in heaven.

Pam is survived by her grandchildren, Sammy Jo and Skyla Blankenship of Drexel, MO, a sister, Karen Moulder and husband Gary of Lee's Summit, MO, a brother, Jerry Highfill and wife Trish of Adrian, MO, and many relatives and friends.
