Naomi Dell "Tiny" Burton, 90, Harrisonville, MO, died Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Crown Care Center in Harrisonville. No services are being held at her request.

Tiny was born September 4, 1927 in Garden City, MO, the daughter of Charles F. and Una (Bullock) Bunger. She was one of 13 children, two of whom still survive. Tiny married Delbert L. Burton on September 30, 1969 in Miami, OK.  She was a biological mother of one but a mom of two. She raised her son, Terry, and a nephew, Hershel, after her twin sister, Patricia and husband's tragic death.

Tiny loved in early years sewing her clothes and her grandchildren's Halloween costumes, doll clothes, stuffed animals, and loved her flowers and working in her yard. She loved reading her Bible and listening to gospel and country music. She devoted much of her time caring for others, especially those that needed her. She was a very caring and nurturing woman. Tiny touched a lot of people over the years that loved and cared for her. She will be greatly missed by many family and friends.

Tiny was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister, Pat Evans, and other siblings, her husband, Delbert on September 11, 2005, one son, Terry Brewster, and a granddaughter, Sherry Sneed. She is survived by two sisters, Frances Gunn, Harrisonville, MO and Betty Mitchell, Pleasant Hill, MO; one son, Hershel Evans and his wife, Patty, Temecula, CA; 2 grandsons, Matthew Evans and Michael Brewster; one granddaughter, Rebecca Jones; 10 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Alberta Bunger, Harrisonville; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
