Michael Shane Sidebottom, 48, of Harrisonville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024. A Memorial Service was held  Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.

Michael was born September 11, 1975 in Harrisonville, Missouri, a son of Charles Allen and Vera Jeanne (Tieman) Sidebottom. He was a lifelong Harrisonville resident. Mike worked for Creative Contours Lawn Service in Peculiar, MO.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles A. Sidebottom, and one nephew, Zachary Allen Burton. Mike is survived by his mother, Vera Jeanne Sidebottom, Harrisonville; a sister, Heather R. Burton, Harrisonville; two nephews, Leo D. Arthur and Eric J. Arthur; one niece, Mary J. Arthur; and many other relatives and friends.
