Obituary

Mary Jeanette Vogt, 89, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Sage Grove of Raymore. A Visitation and  Funeral Mass were  held at Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs, 3950 W Clay St, St. Charles, MO 63301.  Inurnment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, in St. Louis MO. 

Born on December 22, 1936, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Claude Owen McBroom and Leora Elizabeth Walker. Mary lived a life rich in love and dedication, leaving a lasting legacy to all who knew her. She dedicated over two decades of her professional life to the Orchard Farm School District in St. Charles County, MO, where her steadfast commitment and warmth made a significant impact on the community. Her kindness and unwavering support extended beyond her professional life as she cherished every moment spent with her family.

On September 12, 1959, Mary married Clemence "Tiny" Vogt, and together they shared a sweet companionship and love. Mary's caring spirit, gentle nature, and ability to bring people together will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Tiny. She is survived by her sons: Raymond Arenz and Tony Vogt, both of Florida; her daughters: Bebee Noltkampr of Warrenton, MO; and Laura Jackson of Drexel, MO; her brothers: Bud McBroom of Colorado; and Tom McBroom of Illinois; her sister, Lucille Grau, of Iowa; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren who will carry forward her memory. Mary's life may have concluded, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved her.
