Mary K. Parrish Vogel, 81, of Harrisonville, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her home in Harrisonville. A Celebration of Life Service was held  Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Harrisonville Community Center.

Mary was born on October 3, 1939 to Jack and Ethyl (Clary) Parrish in Kansas City, Missouri. Mary devoted her life to her family and raising her children. She enjoyed going to the boats, but primarily was happiest spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her father, Jack Parrish; her mother and step-father, Ethyl (Harvey) Kemper; her daughter, Brenda; her son, David; her sisters: Alberta (Don) Morehouse, Jackie James, and Elsie Parrish; and her brothers: Bob (Pat) Parrish, John (Dorothy) Parrish, Homer (Alvena) Parrish, and Les Parrish. She is survived by her husband, Ken Vogel; her children: John (Alex) Blackmon, Linda (Judy) Wheeler, Katherine Mitchell, Christina (Bill) Carroll, Deborah Blackmon, and Ronnie (Niki) Starforth; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and her siblings: Ron (Pat) Parrish, Shirley Wolfskill and partner, Bob, Patricia Heiman, and Tom (Carrie) Parrish.
