Martin Blair Christiansen, 69, East Lynne, MO, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO.  Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO with visitation from 1:00-2:00.

Martin was born January 24, 1949 in Elmo, MO, the son of Frank L. and Doris Marie (Kirkland) Christiansen.  He was a graduate of West Nodaway, Burlington Junction High School.  Martin was a U. S. Navy veteran.  Martin married Lisa Ann Holden on September 1, 1984 in Harrisonville, MO.  He had worked for Old Mill for 34 years before retiring.  He had lived in Harrisonville, MO before moving to East Lynne, MO.

Martin was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Tammy Christiansen, and one grandchild, Jase.  He is survived by his wife, Lisa Christiansen, of the home; one son, Jason Christiansen, Belton, MO; three daughters, Sheralyn Morris, Belton, MO, Kylie Chamberlain, East Lynne, MO, and Jennifer Gulley, Pleasant Hill, MO; one brother, Joe Christiansen, College Springs, IA; one sister, Linda, Sunderman, Clarinda, IA; 18 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews he loved dearly.
