Mark Alan McKeever, 61, of Peculiar, MO, passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at his home in Peculiar. A Celebration of Life Service was held  Friday, January 6, 2023 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO. In memory of Mark, contributions may be made to Wayside Waifs in Kansas City, MO.

Mark was born September 17, 1961 in Jackson County, MO, a son of Duane and Kathryn Marie (Drake) McKeever. He lived in Grandview, MO and Kansas City, MO before moving to Peculiar in 1985. Mark was an electronic technician for Thales ATM, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, which he enjoyed so much. He was an award-winning BBQ-er and avid cook, enjoyed music, and especially loved his stereo. Mark loved his Subaru STI and enjoyed driving (fast) and racing it. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Mark is survived by one son, Christopher McKeever, and one daughter, Crystal McKeever, both of Grandview, MO; one brother, Bryan McKeever, Kansas City, MO; one granddaughter, Amori Borders; and his two dogs, Kenny and Summer.
