Lois Charlene McCubbin, 51, Harrisonville, MO, died Monday, November 3, 2008 at her home. Funeral services 10:00 AM Friday, November 7 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville. Visitation 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday at the chapel. Burial in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville. Contributions may be made to the Lois McCubbin Memorial Fund, c/o the funeral home.

Lois was born April 30, 1957 in Adrian, MO, the daughter of Herbert and Dorothy (Turpen) Kendrick. She lived in Warrensburg, MO before moving to Harrisonville. Lois worked for Sioux Chief Manufacturing in Peculiar.

Lois was preceded in death by her father, one son, Jake, two sisters, one brother and one nephew. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Kendrick, Warrensburg, MO; her former husband, John McCubbin, Harrisonville; one son, Larry McCubbin, Harrisonville; two daughters, Tammy Cusick, East Lynne, MO and Lisa Locke, Harrisonville; four brothers, Herbert Kendrick, Ronnie Kendrick, Clifford Kendrick and Raymond Kendrick, all of Warrensburg, MO; three sisters, Irma Kendrick, Harrisonville, Karma Deardorff, Warrensburg, MO and Brenda Kendrick, Windsor, MO and two grandchildren.
