Obituary
Linda Joyce Sperry, 60, Belton, MO, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009 at the Grace Baptist Church, 500 East Pearl Street in Harrisonville, MO. Friends may call from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Linda was born August 13, 1948 in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of Walter and Betty (Onasch) Nemecheck. She graduated from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS. She had lived in Ft. Scott, KS and East Lynne, MO before moving to Belton. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Harrisonville.
Linda married Gerald Sperry on April 19, 2008. She had worked for Wal-Mart for eight years, most recently working in the pharmacy department.
Linda is survived by her husband, Gerald, of the home; her father, Walter Nemecheck, East Lynne, MO; two brothers, Walter Allen Nemecheck, Lawrence, KS and Mike Nemecheck, Austin, TX and a stepsister.
