Lewis Leon Dawson, 46, Harrisonville, MO, died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Cass Medical Center, Harrisonville. Memorial service 6:00 PM and visitation 5-6 Tuesday, November 27 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville. Cremation, contributions to the family.

Leon was born July 13, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of Leonard L. and Evelyn (Williams) Dawson.

Leon attended and graduated from the Louisburg High School in Louisburg, KS. He had worked as a delivery driver for the Pizza Hut restaurant and made many friends in the area including the members of the Louisburg VFW. Leon enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his pets.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his three brothers, Bill, Dennis and Steve; two sisters, Gail Meacham and Cheryl Schien and their spouses. And a special friend Carol West and her daughter, Michelle.
