Obituary
Lenora "Pinky" Perdue died Friday, October 10, 2008 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville, MO, with burial in Oakland Cemetery, Harrisonville. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:30 PM Monday, October 12 at the chapel.
Pinky was born June 17, 1937 in Harrisonville, MO, the daughter of Michael Henry and Mabell Susan (Rumsby) Zeller. She lived in Harrisonville before moving to Archie 18 years ago. She was united in marriage to James Perdue on October 12, 1958 in Harrisonville.
She worked in Quality Control at Hoechst Marion Roussell for 15 years before retiring in 1993. Pinky was a member of the Grace Christian Tabernacle in Harrisonville where she taught Sunday school.
Pinky is survived by her husband, Jim, of the home; one brother, Mike Zeller, Kansas City, MO; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
