Lena Anne Shelton, 45, of Harrisonville, Missouri, died Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at her home in Harrisonville.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 noon, Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the Archie Community Center.

Lena was born on April 9, 1974 in Butler, Missouri, a daughter of Kenneth R. and Beverly A. (Lane) Shelton.  She grew up in Schell City, MO and was a 1993 graduate of Schell City High School.  She had lived in Rich Hill, MO and Butler, MO before moving to Harrisonville four years ago.  Lena was a waitress at area restaurants, including Half-Way Truck Stop, The Boathouse, The Rich Hill Café and the Fishing Dock.  She loved bingo and was a dedicated player.

Lena is survived by a daughter, Bridgete Shelton and son-in-law Travis Dawn, Harrisonville; her fiancée, Kenneth Lindberg, Harrisonville ; a step-daughter, Kendra Levesen, Oregon;  her father, Kenneth R. Shelton, Rich Hill; five brothers, David Phillips, Lincoln, MO, Kenneth Shelton Jr., Richmond, MO, Larry Shelton, Lowry City, MO, Gary Shelton, Lowry City, MO, and Terry Shelton, Leavenworth, KS; a sister, Michele Stover, Stover, MO; two grandchildren, John and Chasen; numerous nieces , nephews , other relatives and friends.
