Lawrence "Larry" Charles Abram Gruver, Jr., 66, Grandview, MO, passed away at The Village at Carroll Park in Grandview.  Private family graveside services were held Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the Peculiar, Missouri Cemetery.

Larry was born March 24, 1954 in Pittsburg, KS, a son of Lawrence Charles Abram and Carrie Elizabeth (Scholes) Gruver.  He was a U. S. Marine veteran.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, JoAnn Gruver Myrick.  He is survived by three brothers, James Gruver, Oklahoma, Donald Gruver, Peculiar, MO, and Thomas Gruver, Garden City, MO; one sister, Mary Sewing, Lawrence, KS; 7 nephews and 5 nieces.
