Landen Shane Lee Lewis, age 10, of Nevada, Missouri, died November 5, 2018 at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO.  Landen was born on February 14, 2008 in Morehead, Kentucky, the son of Allen Lewis and Britany (Combs) Lewis.  Memorial services were held at 4:00p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Nevada, Missouri.

Landen was a fourth grade student in Nevada.

Landen is preceded in death by two brothers, Hunter Lewis and Gabrial Lewis.  He is survived by his mother, Britney Lewis, and his step-father Jonathan Guss, Nevada, MO; his father, Allen Lewis, Kentucky; two brothers, Allen Lewis, Jr. and Jayden Stamper, both of Nevada; one sister, Miracle Lewis, Nevada, MO; maternal grandmother, Samantha Combs, Kentucky; maternal grandfather, John Combs, and wife Pam, Indiana; paternal grandparents, Robert and Patricia Ratliff, Kentucky; maternal great-grandmother, May Benton, Kentucky; and maternal great-grandfather, Edward Benton, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City, Missouri.
