Kurt Ronald Hobbs, Jr., 22, Jefferson, City, Missouri, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in Oakland Cemetery, Harrisonville. Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Kurt was born September 2, 1990 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Kurt Ronald and Stephanie Lynn (Holmes) Hobbs. He was a 2009 graduate of Harrisonville High School. He worked for Culvers Restaurant in Jefferson City as Crew Chief for the last 4 years.

Kurt is survived by his father, Kurt Hobbs (Vicki), Montrose, Missouri; his mother, Stephanie White (Tim), Pleasant Hill, Missouri; one sister, Samantha Hobbs and her daughter, Michelle Huber, Jefferson City, Missouri; maternal grandfather, Nelson Holmes, Henrietta, Missouri and maternal grandmother, Linda Fisher, Harrisonville, Missouri.
