Kenneth Duane Yonkman, 75, Warsaw, Missouri, died Friday, June 1, 2012 at his home. No services are scheduled. (Cremation).
Ken was born August 13, 1936 in Marion, Michigan, the son of Joe and Janet (Bronkema) Yonkman. He was a graduate of McBain, Michigan High School. Kenneth was a retired U. S. Air Force veteran and served as the Air Force photographer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Ricky Robert Yonkman and one son-in-law, James Corbett. He is survived by his ex-wife, Marla Yonkman, Belton, Missouri; two sons, Stephan Yonkman, Warsaw, Missouri and Jeff Yonkman and Julie Craig, Peculiar, Missouri; three daughters, Peggy Wilson, Olathe, Kansas, Kimberly Corbett, Lee's Summit, Missouri and Michele Brennan and her husband, Rick, Greenwood, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Cheryl Yonkman, Kansas City, Missouri; five brothers, Jerry Yonkman, Jim Yonkman, Butch Yonkman, Rick Yonkman and Curt Yonkman; two sisters, Mickey Richards and Kathy Tacoma; 6 grandchildren, Shari Danford, Kristy Ford, Ryan Yonkman, Rachel Machin and husband, Brad, Melissa Yonkman and Dylan Brennan; 4 great-grandchildren, Ashley Danford, J. C. Ford, Gabriel Yonkman and Avery Machin; 1 great-great-grandchild, Ashtyn Danford, and many friends.
