Karen Elaine Cunningham, 54, of Harrisonville, MO, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. Karen was born July 21, 1955 in Harrisonville, MO, the daughter of Robert William and Jacqueline (Brown) Coleman. Karen grew up in Harrisonville and was a 1973 graduate of Harrisonville High School.

Karen worked as a Project Manager/Bookkeeper for HDR Archer Engineer. She enjoyed playing pool, volleyball and golf and especially loved playing with her grandson, Ayden.

Karen is survived by one son, Ryan Cunningham and his wife, Angie of Harrisonville, MO; her parents, Robert and Jackie Coleman of Raymore, MO; one sister, Deane Grube of Raymore, MO; one grandson, Ayden; many nephews and nieces and her ex-husband, Wes Cunningham.
