Juanita Jean Perdue, 53, Kansas City, MO, died Thursday, May 15, 2008 at her home. Funeral services 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville, MO with visitation 9:00-10:00 AM Tuesday. Burial in Oakland Cemetery, Harrisonville, MO. Juanita was born October 14, 1954 in Tucson, Arizona, the daughter of Raymond Eugene and Wanda (Turbyfield) Gleaves.
Juanita was a homemaker. She enjoyed her flower garden and cooking and preparing big dinners for the family with her special stuffing. She loved coffee and playing cards. She also loved spoiling her cat, Rowdy.
Juanita was preceded in death by her mother and the father of her children, Charles Williams, Sr. and one sister, Patricia Rogers. She is survived by two sons, Jeremy Williams and his wife, Elizabeth and Charlie Williams and his wife, Rachel, all of Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter, LaTosha Thomas and her husband, Phillip, Tulsa, Oklahoma; her father, Raymond Gleaves, Ashville, North Carolina; two sisters, Ann Harris, Abilene, Texas and Paulette Rogers, Ashville, North Carolina; brother-in-law, John Williams and his wife, June, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and five grandchildren, Ty Williams, Jacob Williams, Grace Marie Williams and Chloe and Logan Thomas.
