John E. "Jack" Nagle, III, 70, of Adrian, Missouri, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, Missouri, with visitation from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Adrian VFW Post 1935.

John was born May 21, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of John Edward and Mary Grace (Gray) Nagle, Sr. and grew up in Indiana. He graduated from St. Joseph High School, South Bend, Indiana, in 1962, joined the U.S. Navy and served as a submariner until 1979. After his military service, John went on to service servers and computers throughout the Midwest, finally opening Adrian Computer Services until his passing.

John made many friends and enjoyed his time playing in various pool leagues. He contributed much to the community as a lifetime member and Commander of VFW Post 1935 and as president of Adrian Chamber of Commerce.

John's favorite activity was traveling with his wife, Karen. Together they have had many wonderful adventures on their motorcycles.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Grace Nagle. He is survived by his wife, Karen, of the home; brothers, Dennis (Dorothy) Nagle and Tim (Cathie Sims) Angle; stepchildren , Christy Andonie (Mike Grippo) of Kansas City, Sheri Goddard (Ed) of Harrisonville, Tony Roepke (Tracey) of Harrisonville; 7 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one aunt, Jeanne James of Azle, Texas and many cousins.
