Jerry D. Sallee, 76, Harrisonville, MO, died Saturday, May 20, 2017 at his home. Funeral services were held Friday, May 26 at the United Methodist Church in Harrisonville with burial in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.

Jerry was born September 13, 1940 in Red Top, MO, the son of Paul Fulton and Ola Mae (Newport) Sallee. He married Stella Marie Everitts on May 15, 1971 at the Grandview Methodist Church. Jerry had lived in Grandview, MO before moving to Harrisonville in 1972. He worked as an air craft mechanic at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base and Whiteman Air Force Base. Jerry was a member of the Harrisonville United Methodist Church.

Jerry was preceded by his parents, three brothers, Oral Sallee, Dennis Sallee, and Boyd Sallee, and his wife, Stella on April 10, 2015. He is survived by one daughter, Fay Coggshall, Apple Valley, MN; one sister, Karren Johnson (James), Springfield, MO; three grandchildren, Keith, Gabrielle, and Molly Coggshall, and two nieces and two nephews.
