Jennifer Lynn Herren, 40, Peculiar, Missouri, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Trenton, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25 at the First Baptist Church in Peculiar with visitation from 1:00-2:00.

Jennifer was born January 24, 1976 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Nelson and Glenda (Jensen) Vaughn. She grew up in Topeka. She married Tim Herren on August 13, 1996 in Topeka. They moved to Osage City, Kansas and then to Gardner, Kansas. Jennifer had lived in Peculiar for the last 15 years. She was a homemaker.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by three sons, Nathan Herren, Ryan Herren and Nicholas Herren, all of Peculiar, Missouri; her mother, Glenda Vaughn, Rossville, Kansas; one brother, Carl Vaughn, Topeka, Kansas; two sisters, Chrissy Lucas, Wichita, Kansas and Joy Hanna, Silver Lake, Kansas.
