Jeffrey Lee Brock, 62, Peculiar, MO, died Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at his home.  A visitation was held  Friday, June 12 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.

Jeff was born March 14, 1958 in Kansas City, MO, a son of Marvin and Melba (Gunderson) Brock.  He was a 1976 graduate of Pleasant Hill High School.  He had lived in Lee's Summit, Pleasant Hill, Grandview, and Belton, MO before moving to Peculiar in 2012.  Jeff married Rosa Elrick on July 13, 2002 in Harrisonville, MO.  He worked as a Chemical Control Room operator for Corbion in Grandview for 41 years before retiring in 2019.  He was a member of the Machinist Union Local #778.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife, Rosa, of the home; two sons, Brian Brock (Tina), Gladstone, MO and Chris Brock (Amy), Pleasant Hill, MO; a daughter, Amanda Middlemas (James), Harrisonville, MO; two-stepsons, Steve Elrick (Trez) and Pete Elrick (Kristi), both of Australia; two brothers, Michael Brock, East Lynne, MO and Duane Brock, Harrisonville, MO; one sister, Linda Herlofson (Erik), Salem, MO; 7 grandchildren, Devin, Mariah, Caleb, Chase, Ava, Talon, and Hunter; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lola and Kieran.
