Jean Marie Bearkheimer, 63, Kansas City, MO, died Monday, September 3, 2018 at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, Kansas City, MO.  A memorial gathering was held Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO.

Jean was born March 22, 1955 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Eugene Martin and Ellen Marie (Rooth) Davoren. She was a lifelong area resident. Jean's family moved to Harrisonville in 1971.  She was a 1973 graduate of Harrisonville High School.  Jean worked as an LPN in nursing homes and home health care before her retirement.  She was a Catholic.

Jean is survived by one son, Drew Bearkheimer, and grand-daughter Jolene Bearkheimer, one daughter, Ashley Bearkheimer, all residing in Kansas City, MO; one brother, Martin Davoren of Camden, AR, and one sister, Katherine Drury, Kearney, MO.
