Jason Linden Wayman, 33, of Garden City, MO, died Sunday, July 11, 2010 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville with visitation from 6:30-7:00 p.m. at the chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jason Wayman Memorial Fund, c/o Commerce Bank, 1301 North Locust, Harrisonville, MO 64701.

Jason was born February 23, 1977 in Kansas City, MO, the son of Linden Morton and Sandra Kay (Dover) Wayman. He was a graduate of Rich Hill High School. He was a lifelong Cass County, MO resident.

Jason married Jennifer Jean Phillips on June 11, 2005. He worked in residential construction. He was a Native American and was a member of the Citizens Band Potawatomi Nation of Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, of the home; two brothers, David Paul Bell and Willis Stephen Reed, both of Harrisonville, MO; two sisters, Laurie Ann Faubert of Wasilla, Alaska and Tasha Lynn Davis of Olathe, KS and his maternal grandfather, Raymond Lee Dover of Kansas City, MO.
