Jason H. Hayes, 41, Freeman, Missouri died peacefully in his home Saturday, December 19, 2015. A memorial service was held Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the Cleveland Baptist Church, Cleveland, Missouri.

Jason was born July 6, 1974 in Harrisonville, Missouri, a son of David Ray Hayes and Eva Marie (Gaddy) Duncan. Jason lived In Freeman, Missouri most of his life and attended Cass Midway R1 Schools in Cleveland, Missouri. He was a union electrician and worked for Universal Technologies in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a member of IBEW Local #124 in Kansas City. He was a Baptist. He was very devoted to his family and had a special bond with his nephew Landon Wiseman who was like a son to him. He was also very proud and loved his two dogs, Buddy and Cocoa.

Jason is survived by his father, David Hayes, Kansas City, Missouri, and his mother and step-father, Eva Marie and Kenny Duncan Jr., Freeman, Missouri; two brothers, David Wayne Hayes, Kansas City and Tony Hayes, Port Hueneme, CA; and two sisters, Lisa Lawless, Windsor, Missouri and Angie Zielenski, Harrisonville; Seven Nieces, four Great Nephews and three Great Nieces; and his paternal grandmother, Opal Hayes, Buffalo, Missouri. He was always loved and surrounded by many great friends.
